- If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to technical limitations
- If the project has not commenced within 7 business days of payment
Partial Refund (Prorated)
- Project cancellation after work has begun, calculated based on completed milestones
- Mutual agreement to terminate project mid-development
- Significant changes in project scope that affect viability
No Refund Policy
- Completed project deliverables that meet agreed specifications
- Digital assets and code that have been delivered and approved
- Services that have been fully rendered (design consultations, completed milestones)
- Third-party costs (Google Play Store fees, asset purchases, etc.)
- Client-requested changes that exceed original project scope
2. Refund Process
How to Request a Refund

- Include your project details, payment information, and reason for refund
- Provide any supporting documentation if applicable
- Allow 3-5 business days for initial review

- Processing Time: 5-10 business days after approval
- Payment Method: Refunds processed to original payment method
3. Project-Specific Policies
Custom Game Development Projects
- Refunds calculated based on milestone completion
- Completed and approved work is non-refundable
- Source code and assets remain with client for paid portions
Monthly Service Plans
- Cancel anytime with 30-day notice
- Current month charges are non-refundable
- Future month charges will be cancelled
Consultation Services
- 24-hour cancellation policy for scheduled consultations
- Completed consultations are non-refundable
- Rescheduling available up to 2 hours before appointment
