  • 50% upfront payment required for projects under $500
  • Monthly billing for ongoing services

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom game code and assets created specifically for their project. GameDevelopers.Store retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

While we strive to deliver high-quality services:

  • We do not guarantee specific download numbers or revenue for developed games
  • Google Play Store approval is subject to Google's policies and not guaranteed
  • Timeline estimates are based on project complexity and may vary
  • Client-provided assets must be legally owned or properly licensed

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis:

  • Full refund available if project has not commenced within 7 days of payment
  • Partial refunds may apply for cancelled projects based on work completed
  • No refunds for completed milestones or delivered work
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing

9. Limitation of Liability
